Heal Yourself - Trauma Support and Resilience Coaching by Dr. Nazif
Supportive, trauma-informed coaching to help you feel steadier, safer, and more in control
Trauma can affect how you think, feel, sleep, trust, focus, and respond to everyday stress. Heal Yourself coaching is designed to help you rebuild stability and confidence, one step at a time using gentle, practical tools that support your nervous system, strengthen boundaries, and improve daily functioning.
This is not about forcing you to 'move on'. It’s about helping you feel grounded enough to move forward - at your pace, with respect and care.

Did You Experience Trauma?
People often go through difficult experiences that affect their stress, emotions, or daily life. If you've gone through something similar, you are not alone. You may have come here because you’ve gone through something difficult - an experience that still affects how you feel, react, or cope today. Trauma can come from many situations, and it doesn’t always look the same for everyone. Life can become heavy due to trauma, and that heaviness comes from difficult experiences in the past - things that were overwhelming, unsafe, or emotionally painful. Whether your experience feels 'big' or 'small', if it continues to impact your confidence, stress, sleep, or sense of safety, I am here to support you.

Need A Friend To Talk With?
In this 25-minute complimentary conversation, you’ll have a calm, supportive space to talk and feel heard - without judgment or pressure. This is not therapy and there is no pressure to commit to anything. The goal is simply connection, clarity, and support - so you leave the conversation feeling a little more grounded and hopeful.
During this session, we will:
- Share What’s Been Weighing on You: You can talk about what you’ve been going through, at your own pace. There’s no obligation to explain everything or relive details - only what feels safe and comfortable to share.
- Understand How Trauma May Be Affecting You Now: We’ll gently explore how past or recent experiences may be showing up in your emotions, stress levels, confidence, or daily life - so you feel less confused and less alone.
- Identify a Gentle Next Step: Together, we’ll identify one or two small, supportive steps that can help you feel steadier and more supported moving forward.
